8th Grade English has six main units. In each unit we will read a novel as well as short stories and articles. There will also be a unit on poetry.

Raise your hand to speak.
Stay in your seat.

The Google classroom on your child’s google account is the best way to get a day to day view of your child’s work.
The Aeries parent portal is not a day to day view. It is updated at each grading period.

Homework Policy:
Late homework is accepted the first two weeks of school.
Beginning the third week of school, no late work will be accepted.
